Here's how to measure your feet.
Follow these simple steps to find your size:
01 Preparation
Place a sheet of paper flush against a wall. Stand on it barefoot, with your heel touching the wall.
02 Measure the length
Mark the tip of your longest toe and the end of your heel. The distance between the marks is the length of your foot.
03 Measure Width
Mark the widest part of your forefoot at the level of the balls of your feet. The distance between the marks is your foot width.
04 Find Your Size
Use your measurements to consult the size chart on the respective product page. Each size chart is tailored specifically to that model.
Note: To ensure your feet have enough room to move, the toe box (approx. 5–12 mm) has already been factored into our size chart. This means you can base your choice directly on the length of your foot as measured.

TrueS Connect-01 embodies the new Groundies DNA in its most consistent form, combining human anatomy, innovative technologies and independent design in a way that has never been seen before.
The newly developed anatomical last follows the natural shape of the foot. Its more pronounced big toe line creates room so that the big toe can align naturally and fulfill its important function for balance and movement. At the same time, the rounder heel shape ensures a secure fit. The asymmetrical upper construction translates this anatomical approach into a progressive, distinctive design language in which premium suede meets sophisticated technologies: Solarcore® supports temperature comfort in changing conditions. The removable D3O® Transition & Protection Footbed offers barefoot beginners an optional transitional solution, while experienced barefoot wearers can experience the immediate ground feel of the new flexible TrueSense® TS-CT sole with Zero Drop without the additional footbed.
The result is a new type of sneaker that consistently aligns premium design and technological innovation with the human anatomy.

How does the 14-day test guarantee work?
The test period starts as soon as you receive your Groundies. You can return them within 14 days, stating the test guarantee as the reason.
Can I wear the shoes outdoors too?
Yes, you can test the shoes properly outdoors too.
What condition do the shoes need to be in for me to return them?
It doesn't matter what condition the shoes are in at the end. We want you to really test them properly.
How does the return process work?
You can conveniently register your return via our returns portal. Simply select the option '14-day test guarantee'.
After successful registration, you will receive your return label.
Terms
Since 17.04.2026, you can test our shoes in everyday life for 14 days from receipt. If you are not satisfied within this period, you can return them, stating the 14-day test guarantee as the reason.
We accept returns under the 14-day test guarantee, including normal use indoors and outdoors. The decisive factor is receipt of the return or proof of dispatch within 14 days of receiving the goods. After the 14-day period, returns under the test guarantee are no longer possible. Statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected. This offer is valid until revoked.

What size do I need?
The safest way is to measure your feet before placing an order. Here's how:
1. Stand barefoot on a sheet of paper.
2. Draw a line where your longest toe ends.
3. Measure the length from your heel to your longest toe.
4. Compare your foot length to the size chart—you’ll find it right on the product page next to the size selector.
Important: Each Groundies model has its own size chart. Please always refer to the specifications for the specific shoe.
Our tip: If you’re between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one. Barefoot shoes can comfortably fit a little looser. A gap of about 1 cm in front of your toes is ideal—this gives you enough room when rolling your foot and prevents pressure on your toes.

Our Groundies soles differ in terms of flexibility, tread depth, and fit: from particularly thin and flexible soles for maximum ground feel to slightly thicker soles for more protection in everyday life or during outdoor activities.
Depending on the model, the width of the toe box also varies between Barefoot Fit, Barefoot+, and Barefoot Light Fit.
