  2. Shoe sizes can vary from brand to brand. If you know your size from us, please note that there are also differences depending on the specific model.

FAQ

I've taken my measurements—which size should I choose now?

Compare your measurements with our size chart on the product page. If you fall between two sizes, we recommend checking the fit guide for that model—located directly below the size chart or under "Details."

What's the deal with the three fits?

Every foot is unique—that’s why our shoes come in three different fits. This way, you can choose not only the right length but also the right width for your foot.
First things first: All three fits promote a natural running feel. So there’s no “better” or “worse”—just the fit that feels best for you.

Barefoot Light Fit
Our narrowest fit – ideal for very narrow feet.

Barefoot Fit
With an anatomical toe box – ideal for narrow to medium-width feet.

Barefoot+ Fit
With an anatomical toe box—ideal for wide feet and the widest fit in our collection.

The width varies depending on the fit. You can find the exact measurements in the size chart on the product page.

Please note: Not every model is available in every fit. The available fits depend on the specific model and color.

Why doesn't the same size always fit me, depending on the model?

Depending on the model, material, and fit, the comfort level may vary slightly. That's why we recommend that you always check the size chart on the respective product page.

What should I do if the size I chose still doesn't fit?

No problem—sometimes the right size feels different on your foot than it does on paper. If your shoes don't fit perfectly, you can easily return them using our return policy.

Just use our Returns Portal. This way, you can find the right size for you without any risk.
