Shipping Time:

You can find the estimated time it takes for our items to be ready for shipment directly on the product pages in our store. Delivery takes 3–5 business days within Germany and 5–10 business days internationally.

If a product you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you immediately.

Import Taxes and Customs Duties

Shipping Damage:

Please follow these steps:
Any damage caused during shipping must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods to the designated shipping carrier. You must then notify us of any damage you have identified. If you wish to return goods, please notify us in advance via email, fax, or phone.


Returns:

For returns that result in a refund, the amount will be refunded to you via the same method you used to make the payment to us. The costs depend on the respective country and the selected shipping option.
