01 Příprava:
Položte list papíru tak, aby lícně přiléhal ke zdi. Postavte se na něj bosí, patou se dotýkejte zdi.
02 Změř si délku.
Označ si špičku svého nejdelšího prstu a místo, kde končí tvoje pata. Vzdálenost mezi těmito značkami je délka tvé nohy.
03 Změřte šířku.
Označte nejširší místo přední části chodidla v úrovni prstních polštářků. Vzdálenost mezi těmito značkami představuje šířku vaší nohy.
04 Výběr
velikosti: Pro výběr velikosti se řiď hodnotami uvedenými v tabulce velikostí na stránce příslušného produktu. Každá tabulka velikostí je přizpůsobena konkrétnímu modelu.
Poznámka: Aby měly tvé nohy dostatek volnosti pohybu, byl prostor pro odvalování chodidla (cca 5–12 mm) již zahrnut do naší tabulky velikostí. Můžeš se tedy řídit přímo naměřenou délkou tvé nohy.

What size do I need?
The safest way is to measure your feet before placing your order. Here’s how:
1. Stand barefoot on a sheet of paper.
2. Draw a line where your longest toe ends.
3. Measure the length from your heel to your longest toe.
4. Compare your foot length to the size chart—you’ll find it right on the product page next to the size selector.
Important: Each Groundies model has its own size chart. Please always refer to the specifications for the specific shoe.
Our tip: If you’re between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one. Barefoot shoes can comfortably fit a bit looser. A gap of about 1 cm in front of your toes is ideal—this gives you enough room when rolling your foot and prevents pressure on your toes.
