Here's how it works:

  • Exchange (available in certain countries)
  • Refund (Store credit or original payment method)
  • 14-Day Trial Guarantee

Next, select the appropriate reason for the return.

3. Select Return Shipping

Next, select your preferred shipping method:

  • Use our DHL return label (subject to a fee depending on the country)
  • Arrange the return yourself


Just a quick note:

The cost of the return label will be displayed in advance on the returns portal.

If you are arranging the return shipment yourself, please include a note with your order number in the package so that we can correctly identify your return.
