Delivery time:
You can find information about how long it takes for our items to be ready for shipment in our shop, directly next to the respective items. Delivery time is 3-5 business days within Germany and 5-10 business days abroad.

Import taxes and duties

Transport damage:
Please note the following procedure:
Transport damage must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods to the transport company responsible. You must then inform us of any transport damage found. If you wish to return goods, please inform us in advance by email, fax, or telephone.
Returns:
For returns that result in a refund, the amount will be refunded to you using the same method you used to pay us.
