Here's how to measure your feet.
Follow these simple steps to find your size:
01 Preparation
Place a sheet of paper flush against a wall. Stand on it barefoot, with your heel touching the wall.
02 Measure the length.
Mark the tip of your longest toe and the end of your heel. The distance between the marks is the length of your foot.
03 Measure the width.
Mark the widest part of your forefoot at the level of the balls of your feet. The distance between the marks is your foot width.
04 Find size
Use your values for the size table on the respective product page. Each size table is individually tailored to the model.
Note: So that your feet have enough freedom of movement, the rolling room (about 5 - 12 mm) has already been included in our size table. So you can orient yourself directly to your measured foot length.

What size do I need?
The safest way is to measure your feet before placing an order. Here's how:
1. Stand barefoot on a sheet of paper.
2. Draw a line where your longest toe ends.
3. Measure the length from your heel to your longest toe.
4. Compare your foot length to the size chart—you’ll find it right on the product page next to the size selector.
Important: Each Groundies model has its own size chart. Please always refer to the information provided for the specific shoe.
Our tip: If you’re between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one. Barefoot shoes can comfortably fit a little looser. A gap of about 1 cm in front of your toes is ideal—this gives you enough room when rolling your foot and prevents pressure on your toes.

Depending on the model, the width of the toe box also varies between Barefoot Fit, Barefoot+, and Barefoot Light Fit.
