Delivery time:

You can find the estimated time it takes for our items to be ready for shipment listed directly next to each item in our shop. Delivery takes 3–5 business days within Germany and 5–10 business days to other countries.

If a product you ordered happens to be out of stock, we will contact you right away.

Import taxes and customs duties

If you're ordering from outside the U.S., you may have to pay import taxes and customs duties. (Applies to non-EU countries.)

Damage during transport:

Please follow these steps:
Any damage caused during shipping must be reported immediately to the shipping carrier upon receipt of the goods. Please then notify us of any damage you have identified. If you wish to return any goods, please notify us in advance by email, fax, or phone.


Returns:

For returns that result in a refund, the amount will be refunded to you via the same method you used to pay us. The costs depend on the country and the shipping option you selected.
