About the Position

We are looking for a Intern / Student Employeewho will assist our e-commerce team in further developing the User Experience in the Online Store supported.

The focus is on AnalysisIdentification and Implementation of UX improvements – with a clear focus on User behaviorConversion and practical solutions.

You will work closely with our internal teams from PerformanceData and Tech work together, actively contribute ideas and suggestions, and implement approved improvements work independently in the store.

The activity begins with a Approximately 10 hours per week and is set to a long-term partnership designed – with the option to adjust the scope to be expanded as needed.

Your responsibilities

  • Analysis of user behavior using existing tools (GA4, Shop Analytics, Hotjar, CRM data)
  • Identifying UX barriers and opportunities for optimization throughout the customer journey
  • Development of recommendations for action and UX proposals
  • Maintenance and documentation of findings in internal UX guidelines

Your Profile

  • Experience in UX optimization, e-commerce, or conversion optimization
  • Analytical thinking, a structured approach to work, and a good understanding of user behavior
  • Experience with GA4 and, ideally, session analysis tools
  • Team-oriented, reliable, and strong communication skills
