Here's how to measure your feet.
Follow these simple steps to find your size:
01 Preparation
Place a sheet of paper flush against a wall. Stand on it barefoot, with your heel touching the wall.
02 Measure the length. Mark the tip of your longest toe and the end of your heel. The distance between the marks is the length of your foot.
03 Measure the width. Mark the widest part of your forefoot at the level of the balls of your feet. The distance between the marks is your foot width.
04 Finding
the Right Size Use your measurements to consult the size chart on the respective product page. Each size chart is tailored specifically to that model.
Note: To ensure your feet have enough room to move, the toe box (approx. 5–12 mm) has already been factored into our size chart. This means you can base your choice directly on your measured foot length.

How does the 14-day trial guarantee work?
The trial period begins as soon as you receive your Groundies. You can return them to us within 14 days by citing the trial guarantee.
Can I wear these shoes outside, too?
Yes, you can also give the shoes a good test run outside.
What condition must the shoes be in for me to return them?
It doesn't matter what condition the shoes are in at the end. We want you to be able to really put them through their paces.
How does the return process work?
You can easily register returns through our returns portal. Simply select the "14-Day Trial Guarantee" option.
Once your return has been successfully registered, you’ll receive your return label.
Terms and Conditions
Starting April 17, 2026, you can test our shoes in everyday use for 14 days after receipt. If you are not satisfied within this period, you can return them to us, citing the 14-day trial guarantee as the reason.
We accept returns under the 14-day trial guarantee even if the shoes have been used normally, both indoors and outdoors. The decisive factor is the receipt of the return or proof of shipment within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. After the 14-day period has expired, returns under the trial guarantee are no longer accepted. Statutory rights of withdrawal remain unaffected by this policy. This promotion is valid until further notice.
What size do I need?
The safest way is to measure your feet before placing an order. Here's how:
1. Stand barefoot on a sheet of paper.
2. Draw a line where your longest toe ends.
3. Measure the length from your heel to your longest toe.
4. Compare your foot length to the size chart—you’ll find it right on the product page next to the size selector.
Important: Each Groundies model has its own size chart. Please always refer to the information provided for the specific shoe.
Our tip: If you’re between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one. Barefoot shoes can comfortably fit a little looser. A gap of about 1 cm in front of your toes is ideal—this gives you enough room when rolling your foot and prevents pressure on your toes.

Depending on the model, the width of the toe box also varies between Barefoot Fit, Barefoot+, and Barefoot Light Fit.
