Delivery time:
You can find the estimated time it takes for our items to be ready for shipment directly on the product pages in our shop. Delivery takes 3–5 business days within Germany and 5–10 business days internationally.
If a product you ordered happens to be out of stock, we will contact you right away.

Import taxes and customs duties

Damage during transport:
Please follow these steps:
Any damage caused during shipping must be reported immediately to the shipping carrier upon receipt of the goods. Please then notify us of any damage you have identified. If you wish to return the goods, please notify us in advance by email, fax, or phone.
Returns:
For returns that result in a refund, the amount will be refunded to you via the same method you used to make the payment to us.
