Terms & Conditions – Prediction Game – 26.06.2026

The closing date for participation in the prediction game is 29 June 2026 at 10:29:59 PM (GMT+2).

1. Subject of the Terms & Conditions and Organizer 
(1) The organizer of the prediction game is Groundies GmbH, Heinrich-von-Stephan-Straße 17, 79100 Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany. These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the prediction game. By participating, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

(2) The prize consists of a 30% discount on non-sale shoes in the Groundies online shop. The discount cannot be combined with any other discount codes or promotional offers.
Every participant who submits a correct prediction in accordance with these Terms & Conditions will receive the discount code by email on the day following the match. The discount code is valid until 4 July 2026, 11:59:59 PM (GMT+2).
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or exchanged for any other benefit. The prize consists solely of the discount described above. The organizer is not responsible for the availability of specific models or sizes at the time the prize is redeemed.
Providing a valid email address is mandatory for participation. By entering the prediction game, participants are automatically subscribed to the free Groundies newsletter. Participants may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter.

2. Eligibility
(1) Participation is open only to natural persons aged 18 years or older who are residents of the European Union or Switzerland. Employees of Groundies GmbH, its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.

(2) Participation is only permitted by providing the participant's own valid email address. Multiple entries by the same person are not permitted. The same applies to entries submitted on behalf of third parties or through competition clubs or similar services.
In particular, the use of technical means to generate automated entries is prohibited. Participants who violate these rules, or whose entries have been submitted in violation of these rules, will be excluded from the prediction game. The same applies to participants who attempt to manipulate the course of the competition.

3. Determination of Winners and Prize Notification
(1) The prize will not be awarded by random draw. It will be granted to every participant who submits a correct prediction and complies with these Terms & Conditions.
Eligible participants will receive their discount code by email on the day following the 2026 FIFA World Cup Round of 16 match. The discount code is valid until 4 July 2026, 11:59:59 PM (GMT+2).

4. Exclusion
(1) Any violation of these Terms & Conditions entitles the organizer to exclude the respective participant from the prediction game and from receiving the prize. This applies in particular if false information has been provided.

(2) If an excluded participant has already been declared eligible for the prize, the organizer reserves the right to revoke the prize retrospectively.

5. Early Termination and Amendments
The organizer does not guarantee that the prediction game will be available at all times without interruption, delay, or technical errors. In particular, the organizer shall not be liable for technical disruptions beyond its reasonable control, including intentional acts by third parties that impair or prevent the proper operation of the prediction game.
The organizer reserves the right to terminate the prediction game in whole or in part, or to amend its operation at any time without prior notice, if technical or other circumstances prevent the proper conduct of the prediction game.

7. Final Provisions
(1) Legal recourse is excluded with regard to participation in the prediction game.
(2) These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Germany.
(3) Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
