You can register your return directly in the returns portal.

You will need:

• Your order number
• The email address you used to place your order

Orders placed before February 16, 2026, were placed through our previous shopping system.

Your order has been transferred to our new shopping cart system and has been assigned a new order number.
Individual Order Details can, however, up to 72 hours require to be displayed in full.
You will need this new order number to register your return.

Does your package already include a return label?

✓ If so: Use this directly. You don't need to register online.

Here's how to register your return online:

1. Open Order Summary
Search for your order by order date.

2. Copy the new order number
Your order will be displayed there with a new order number, which you'll need for the return.

3. Schedule a return
Use the new order number and your email address.
